Shipping Policy

Fulfillment partner

All orders from Grill Armor Gloves are fulfilled and shipped using Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF)—Amazon’s pick/pack/ship service for orders placed outside Amazon.

Shipping rates

We charge a shipping based on product, quantity, and destination.

Order processing

Orders are typically submitted to our fulfillment partner within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once submitted, we may not be able to modify or cancel the shipment.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier performance. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing. Remote areas (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories) may take longer.

Note: Because Amazon fulfills these orders, we can’t guarantee exact delivery dates or allow customers to choose the carrier.

Carriers, tracking, and packaging

Amazon selects the carrier and service level for delivery. Your order may be delivered by Amazon Logistics or another major carrier, and it may arrive in Amazon-branded packaging.
Tracking is provided as soon as your order ships.

Split shipments

If you order multiple items, they may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to U.S. addresses. Some address types (for example: freight forwarders, temporary addresses, or certain military/territory destinations) may be restricted by the fulfillment carrier. If you have a special delivery situation, contact us before ordering.

Problems with delivery

If your package is marked “delivered” but you can’t locate it, please wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes mark early), check around your property/neighbors, then contact us. If your package is damaged or missing items, contact us with photos and we’ll help resolve it.
